Kix Cereal Giveaway

Did you know that Kix Cereal has been around since 1937?  I had no idea and honestly even though we are big cereal eaters in my family we had never tried Kix.  That changed a couple of weeks ago when my family received some to try.  I opened the box and showed the kids what was inside.  My daughter said "Let's try it now!"  So that is what we did.  They shared a bowl of it dry for their morning snack, then another bowl and another.  I didn't mind because Kix is "mother-approved" for a reason.  Kix is low in sugar and with no artificial color, flavors or preservatives and it still taste great!  How about that!  It has become a great go-to snack to pack for the kids.  Then enjoy eating it and I can feel good about giving it to them.

"With slightly sweetened and fun-to-eat, crunchy corn balls, Kix cereal eliminates the need for silly airplane noises to land the first bite. Low in sugar and with no artificial color, flavors or preservatives, Kix cereal brings the same great taste kids have loved for more than 70 years to the table."

The Giveaway:  Thanks to General Mills and MyBlogSpark one lucky Confessions of a Frugal Mind reader will win 6 boxes of Original Kix Cereal!  This would be great addition to any back to school stockpile!

  24. We love this cereal. I approve because it has little sugar and the kids approve because it is yummy. I loved this cereal as a kid too.
I still love it even though they changed it a few years ago. I must admit I liked the original a little better, now my mom does not like the new taste at all. She thinks it is too sweet now.
